Sea Haven is a lovely one bedroomed period cottage, originally built to accommodate the quay builders in Gorran Haven bay.
It has been recently fully refurbished to the personal high standards of its owners.
It provides a perfect self-catering base for one or two people who wish to enjoy quality accommodation whilst visiting the breath- taking south west coast of Cornwall.
The village and the cottage, with sea views, are in perfect locations for a ‘get away from it all’ retreat, a quiet ‘sit on the beach’ holiday, days out touring or walking on the Roseland Peninsula. |

- Kitchen – compact with new accessories, electric hobs and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery & cooking pans and utensils.
- Lounge – Comfortable sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, log effect fire, flat screen TV, DVD player and radio.
- Bedroom – with two chest of drawers and wardrobe – beds twin or super king.
- Study with desk.
- Bathroom – newly fitted with sit in shower bath.
- Utility Room – Outside washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, folding chairs and barbeque.

- Arrivals from 3pm; Departure by 10am
- 25% Booking Deposit required
- Rent includes – electricity, water, duvets, pillows,
bed linen, towels, bath mats, teacloths & dishcloths.
